All rates quoted are in NZD Dollars and include 15% goods and services tax. Rates are for 2 people & we have a 1 night minimum policy. A 2% credit card fee will be charged at the time of booking.
An extra person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed or fold out sofa bed if available. This will be at an additional cost, as quoted at time of booking confirmation. Please enquire regarding availability and cost for this, at the time of making your request.
Check in & Check out:
Check in time is 2pm and Check out time is 10am unless otherwise organised with The Cinema Suites staff.
Keys can be collected from Fiordland Cinema located at 7 The Lane. A staff member here will accompany guests to their Suite. However, if you arrive outside of check in times, please notify staff and other arrangements can be made.
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. As we are a small property, cancellation can affect us hugely. Cancellations within 7 days prior to your reservation or failing to turn up for your reservation will result in no refund. Changes made to any bookings are subject to availability. Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration; however, it is recommended guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves.
Smoking is permitted outside The Black Dog bar downstairs on the ground floor. Smoking in the apartment will automatically set off our internal smoke alarm system. The entire building block (including Fiordland Cinema & The Black Dog bar) will need to be evacuated and the local Fire Brigade will automatically be notified. All costs incurred will be charged in full to your credit card along with any cleaning costs involved. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Damages to property: Any damages to our property will result in any associated costs being charged to the registered guest.
